CheckYourTea provides independent search services for public information on the Tea App. We offer two main packages: Standard Search Service (where we perform the search) and Self-Search Service (where we provide a secure environment for you to search).
CheckYourTea.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Tea app or its developers. Tea is a trademark of its respective owners.
Users are responsible for the information they provide and must ensure they have the right to request a search. Our services must not be used for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the manual nature of our search services and the immediate allocation of resources, refunds are generally not provided once a search has been initiated. However, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
We aim to deliver search results within 6 hours of payment confirmation. While we make every effort to meet this window, technical issues or high demand may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.
CheckYourTea provides information "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information found on the Tea App, as it is generated by third parties. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the results of a search.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
